Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Soloist. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Using Soloist

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Soloist only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the workspace content you create or import and for having permission to process client and contact information.

Connected services

Optional integrations with Google, Stripe, and other providers are governed by those providers’ terms as well as these terms. You control whether to connect them and may disconnect them at any time. Provider availability and behavior may change outside Soloist’s control.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew for the billing period selected until canceled. Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Workspace client payments are processed by Stripe for the connected workspace merchant; Soloist does not hold client funds.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Soloist the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display it solely to operate the service and features you request.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other workspaces, distribute malware, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use Soloist for unlawful or deceptive activity.

Service availability

We work to keep Soloist reliable and secure, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Soloist is provided “as is” and implied warranties are disclaimed.

Termination

You may stop using Soloist and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend access for material violations, security risks, or nonpayment, with notice where reasonably possible.
