Privacy Policy

Soloist is a CRM and business operating system for independent professionals and small agencies. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect account details, workspace and client records you choose to enter, product usage and security logs, billing identifiers, and support communications. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Soloist.

Google Workspace data

If you connect Google Workspace, Soloist requests only the permissions needed to send and match relevant Gmail messages, synchronize calendar events, and attach files you select through Google Drive. We use this data solely to provide the features you enable.

Soloist does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except when necessary for security, support you explicitly request, legal compliance, or service reliability. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the service, deliver requested integrations and automations, process subscriptions, communicate with you, diagnose failures, and improve product reliability.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with vendors that help operate Soloist—such as Vercel, Neon, Resend, Stripe, and Google—or when required by law. Providers receive only the information needed for their service and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Security and retention

We use tenant isolation, access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted OAuth refresh tokens, signed portal links, and auditable provider events. We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may disconnect Google at any time, revoke Soloist from your Google Account permissions, request an export, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Some records may be retained where legally required.
